Eugene Woynoski is a business process, compliance and analysis consultant, who has served a variety of client assignments in project, temporary support and troubleshooting capacities. He previously managed within major international corporations, including Warner Bros., Avery Dennison and FIAT/IVECO, as well as private business in Director Compliance, Marketing Director, Human Resources, Assistant Controller and Government Contracting roles.

Mr. Woynoski has over thirty years of diversified business experience in the fields of finance, audit/compliance, systems, executive compensation, human resources development, business process consulting and government contract administration.  He has worked in a wide variety of industries, including banking, entertainment, distribution, manufacturing and automotive, and is particularly specialized in business startups, market development, enterprise systems and international cross-borders analysis.

Mr. Woynoski completed his undergraduate studies in Accounting and Business Administration at Kings College, Wilkes-Barre PA and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
